Ideally located restaurant overlooking the Bay of Ajaccio, very stylish outdoor space. Excellent dishes, including chicken supreme, pasta with porcini mushrooms, or linguine with prawns. Very pleasant welcome, the owner is adorable.

19/10/2024: The area is splendid. La Paillote, with its relaxed seaside ambiance, offers delicious and generous cuisine based on fresh local produce. The gourmet restaurant is a true sensory experience. The dishes are prepared with great finesse and each bite is a journey of flavors. The chef and his team gave us a unique moment, both through the quality of the dishes and the refined presentation of the plates. A big thank you to the entire team for their welcome and professionalism.

The warm welcome from the staff made our experience even more pleasant. A huge thank you to Cathy, who, with her attention to detail and her kindness, made our stay even more special. The suites are impeccable, tastefully decorated, and offer all the necessary comfort. A perfect place to recharge your batteries and discover the beauty of Corsica! We will come back without hesitation
