Chez Mimi sur Capdenac-Gare

I didn't understand this restaurant. I arrived around 1:30 PM and was shown to a table. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken, and another 35 minutes for my food. I finished my meal at 2:50 PM (I'm not a fast eater). The main course, sea bream, was okay, a little undercooked, the flesh was slightly pink, but I didn't have time to send it back to the kitchen. The fries were standard, nothing to report. The salad was... good quality lettuce, but without any dressing, no vinaigrette, not even olive oil. I'm frustrated because the ingredients were good, but it lacked finesse and attention to detail.

Great, very good, and hearty food. Don't be fooled by appearances, it's fantastic.

The owner/chef is very friendly and affable. He will delight your taste buds.

Trust Mimi, you'll have a wonderful meal. I'll definitely go back. Lots of fish on the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Arriving late this Sunday, we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh monkfish. A very pleasant person welcomed us with a smile. We finished with a delicious dessert. Highly recommended! We'll be back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Don't be fooled by the exterior. If you're looking for generous and delicious food, you've come to the right place. The specialty: seafood. Although my friends ordered steak, the portions were very generous. A main course and dessert for €20. And a very friendly chef to boot.
