A wonderful discovery during our weekend at Salin de Giraud. The staff are welcoming, genuine, and passionate about their work and the region. The products are high-quality, local, and delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salin de Giraud. See you very soon, that's for sure.

A welcome like you rarely get! The owner was incredibly attentive, friendly, interesting, and super kind. We enjoyed excellent panisses and a typical southern-style thin-crust pizza. Everything is organic, local, and well-presented. Thank you! 😊

31/12/2025: Great experience, we had lunch on the riverboat. We were traveling with two children, and it was winter. Very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff. Excellent food, with a children's menu available for €12.
28/12/2025: We went there to eat on the water. It was a wonderful discovery. I chose the fish soup, the shredded duck, and the chocolate cake. Everything was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. The view is magnificent, and the owner is very friendly. I recommend it without hesitation!

23/04/2026: We stopped by for a refreshing drink in the afternoon and had a very pleasant family time in this historic and beautifully presented place. The service was perfect, friendly, and attentive. The cocktails were excellent and very reasonably priced considering the location. The use of very modern lighting in an old building is very successful. Thank you for this lovely experience; it makes us want to stay at the hotel...
