Our favorite restaurant in Biarritz. Everything is perfect! The welcome, the atmosphere, the decor, and, above all, the food. The lobster menu is fantastic! Unbeatable value for money. The service is perfect! A must-visit on each of our trips to the Basque Country. Bravo and see you soon.

There's one man in the kitchen. One. This one man, Scott Serrato, conjures up such a magnificent and complex flavor experience that you'll melt away with each course. The crayfish carpaccio alone is worth booking a table there. The nuances of flavor offered by this plate alone... you could write a book about it. And it's obvious that he's completely uncompromising when it comes to ingredients. A huge compliment and thank you!

Had an absolutely amazing dinner here. Took lobster menu and didn’t regret it. Four unforgettable dishes - carpaccio, ravioli, blue lobster and a dessert. Plus several amuse bouche. Balanced taste not too salty not too sweet. The presentation was also great especially of ravioli. The place deserves a Michelin star. Will be back for sure.

03/01/2026: A truly lovely discovery ☺️. My daughter and I stopped there quite by chance, and it was a lucky break: we were warmly welcomed and served (genuine kindness and delicacy, what a pleasure!), and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We started with a small casserole of baby squid with plantain sauce, which was absolutely delicious (it's my go-to dish at restaurants, and it had been a long time since I'd enjoyed it so much 😋... a classic, but one that, although served in many places, isn't really a must anymore in most cases 😐). Like my daughter, I decided to try the fish burger. It had real fish (hake) and butternut squash instead of tomato, among other things. A delight! Due to lack of time, I had to forgo the French toast brioche, but we'll definitely be back (the other dishes on the menu, many of which were fish-based, were very tempting 🫢). Thank you for this great time 🤗
