The only way to open up your taste buds is to eat delicious food. Every black truffle-themed dish here amazes me. Looking at the busy boss and proprietress in the restaurant reminds me of the early days of my own business. I believe that every dish is infused with their passion for life. love. If you have the opportunity to come to Biarritz one day, you must follow my footsteps and give it a try!

Very nice address. The menu is worth the detour, everything was excellent! From appetizers to banca trout starters and lobster ravioli, then this delicious tuna tataki. The sweetbreads were superbly cooked with an intense morel sauce, maybe use less kombawa which has a very strong taste. The verbena dessert was magnificent. Super friendly and welcoming team in the dining room and kitchen. Go there with your eyes closed

Discovered thanks to numerous positive reviews, I can only confirm that Chez Scott is one of the best restaurants in Biarritz. Far from the pseudo-starred Biarrot, the chef offers a reduced but balanced menu that goes to the essentials, the flavors and taste of noble products. A favorite (or several) for the appetizers and in particular the frozen nougat-style foie gras carton, but also for the perfect egg and cooking veal rice. You will have the choice between à la carte and 2 tasting menus. The one at €98 offers 2 choices for each dish, which seemed perfect to us for a couple's dinner and which seems to be the best way to try almost half of the menu. We chose to accompany this menu with a Menetou Salon 2022 and a Mercurey 1er cru 2019 which are (to my taste) the best possible choices.
