Chez P Le Corse sur Cogolin

10/03/2024: Cool restaurant with koi under your feet as you walk in the restaurant. We ordered the appetizer sampler and the waiter very smartly recommended we order something light for our entrees. The appetizer had generous servings of salad, spring rolls, wontons, shrimp and others. Entrees were frog legs with garlic, Cantonese fried rice, salt and pepper seafood and a bottle of the house wine. Everything was fresh and flavorful; the service was attentive without being obtrusive. Only downside was that we sat against the wall and, by the time we were through with our dinner, the place was packed and we had a hard time making our way through the other tables. Not a bad problem to have! Will definitely visit again, hopefully when the weather is nicer and we can sit outside by the water :)

04/02/2024: A great time! Steamed starters, curry casserole, lacquered ribs and caramelized chicken, finishing with a split mango. So many beautiful plates passed by that you will have to go back to taste them!
