Superb ice cream, we recommend the homemade whipped cream, the air conditioning in the indoor dining area was a lifesaver, and the food was excellent too!

Absolutely delicious! The flavors are amazing with so many choices. The server is very welcoming and friendly. I had three scoops: Nutella (my favorite!), Snickers, and Mint Chocolate, in a cone coated in chocolate and peanuts. The cone was just as good as the ice cream, which is pretty rare! If you're ever passing by, stop by without hesitation; it's definitely worth the trip!

While visiting Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, we stopped for a snack at Pablo's place, and what a pleasant surprise it was! We received a warm welcome, genuine kindness, and an unforgettable experience. What's more, the food was delicious—fresh, homemade ingredients! And to top it all off, he gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent place! The ice cream is delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality flavors. Even the vanilla, which for me is the true "test" of a good ice cream shop, is one of the best I've ever had! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise. The staff are lovely, professional, and always smiling. The welcome is warm, and they take the time to give excellent advice on choosing flavors. A special mention for the hibiscus & mint! A truly enjoyable experience; I highly recommend Chez Pablo! And on top of that, a little extra touch that's always appreciated… it wasn't necessary to convince us, but it perfectly reflects their commitment to service. We'll definitely be back!
