We've been going there for years and it's always just as lovely! With its sunny terrace sheltered from the wind and charming waitresses and waiters, Chez Patou is a Deauville institution, right across from the sea, for a top-notch beach restaurant. You have to book in the summer, it's packed!

Very good food and very near beach atmosphere, we really enjoyed the quality of the meals and the location. However, one point made us uncomfortable: we were told that credit cards were “not working” and that we had to pay in cash, while at the same time we could clearly see other customers paying by card. The experience overall was pleasant, but this situation felt inconsistent and disappointing.

Very pleasantly surprised. We arrived as a family of three at 2:50 pm after driving around Trouville for 30 minutes looking for parking. We ended up here by chance and were very happy. We were welcomed immediately with a smile, served quickly, the food was delicious, and it was right on the beach – pure bliss. Thank you for everything, go without hesitation!
