Restaurants like Chez Paul are so rare these days! Everything is homemade, the portions are very generous, a real treat. The atmosphere is just like home; we LOVED it. Thank you for this wonderful, convivial experience.

It's an effort just getting to the restaurant. The Corsican roads are winding.
We had clementine wine, which was very good. It's a nice change from the usual aperitif.
For our main course, we had veal sauté with Corsican beans, which was very good and very generous. We couldn't finish it. They kindly gave us a doggy bag.

I've never eaten so well in my life. The charcuterie is succulent. The cannelloni are delicious. And the clementine wine goes down so easily. The panoramic view is breathtaking and the staff is very friendly.

Stopping by Paul's during my cycling trip, I received a fantastic welcome! The service was incredibly quick, perfect for getting back on the road fast. And on top of that, the cannelloni were excellent! 👌 All this with a beautiful view, a really pleasant place to take a break during my ride.
A great place that I highly recommend!

We went there as a couple on Monday, May 18th. A very friendly welcome and excellent food, featuring local products: veal with beans, lamb shank with fries and salad. Keep up the good work! Have a wonderful season!
