Excellent, high-quality cuisine, original and creative, worthy of a top restaurant. Everything is homemade, carefully prepared, and generous from start to finish; our taste buds were delighted. A must-try for lovers of good food. An incredible option for vegetarians, myself included. Bravo! 10/10

For over a year now, Olivia (sommelier) and Baptiste (Chef) have been running Chez Paul restaurant in Touet, a landmark in the Var Valley. And it's safe to say it's a resounding success! They've kept some traditional dishes, but above all, they've added their own unique touch with flavors and colors (Tartare!!? Egg! Lemon, among others!!!!!....). From appetizer to dessert, you'll be delighted and surprised. Olivia will also introduce you to some interesting wines. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. Honestly, it's fantastic. It's becoming my daily ritual on the way here; the food is truly delicious and refined, both the savory and sweet dishes. Special mention goes to the basil cocktail. The service is super friendly and the setting overlooking the mountains is very pleasant.
