What a pleasant surprise! We stopped in Touet-sur-Var for a late lunch break. Don't be fooled by the unassuming facade of the bar/restaurant. A young couple has taken over this establishment and turned it into a little gem. Definitely worth discovering!

Starter: Sea bream ceviche, organic vegetable aioli with homemade sauce. Vegetables perfectly al dente.
Dessert: Strawberries with superb Chantilly cream.
