Chez Paul sur Touet-Sur-Var

Another fantastic family meal at Paul's. Whether it's the food or the service, we always enjoy coming to this restaurant. We consistently enjoy delicious, refined dishes and consistently warm service. Best restaurants in the valley.

It's always a pleasure, excellent meal, impeccable service

The braised beef cheek was very good, the wines are a bit expensive

A heritage discovery of Entrevaux and a culinary discovery in this restaurant... what a delightful surprise the food offered, the warm, simple, and efficient welcome, and the wine selection (for 7 people)... we had a wonderful, convivial, and delicious time... Congratulations to the owners of this lovely establishment... we highly recommend it... Congratulations again!

Excellent food and service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for the lovely meal, see you soon!

From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a very pleasant young woman, incredibly professional with a smile and exceptional efficiency. Then the menu arrived, and we had trouble choosing because everything looked so tempting. And indeed, when the dishes arrived, they were beautiful, with expertly prepared ingredients, and above all, delicious. And the value for money was outstanding—a semi-gastronomic experience at an unbeatable price. We will definitely be back with great pleasure; don't hesitate to go, but remember to book ahead as the restaurant was full.

Just as excellent as we remembered. A real treat for the taste buds. We ordered different appetizers and main courses to have the chance to sample a little of each. It's essential to save room for dessert, which is inventive and delicious. Follow Olivia's advice for the wine pairing; it was a wonderful discovery. See you soon.

This restaurant is incredible! By far my favorite restaurant; every visit to Touet-sur-Var must include a stop at this establishment! The menu changes frequently, and everything is homemade!! Extraordinary

We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious – we'll definitely be back!

What a fantastic find this restaurant was! Everything was perfect: the dishes were delicious and the wine list incredible! Special mention for the beef stew and the calf's head. We'll definitely be back.
