What a wonderful Valentine's Day evening! 🥰 We loved everything: the setting, the service, and the food.

We had a wonderful evening with friends and my little boy. The service was superb from start to finish. Since the restaurant doesn't offer a children's menu, the waitress kindly informed me that the chef is happy to accommodate children's preferences. Once comfortably seated, the atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy—not noisy, just right. The plates and bowls in which the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were served were truly exquisite. The food was both aesthetically beautiful and delicious—a wonderful discovery that I'm adding to my list of favorite restaurants in Rouen.
In short, you can go there without hesitation!

Restaurant Philippe is always perfect. The menus are excellent, with a genuine vegetarian option, which is worth highlighting because it's not the case everywhere in Rouen! This proves that Restaurant Philippe is a true institution here.
This is our fourth visit, and we're never disappointed.
Philippe and Mathis's cooking... what more can I say? Always delicious, generous, and expertly prepared.
And Laura, with her smile, makes the service even more enjoyable!
