Chez Phung sur Bures-Sur-Yvette

Customers for years, this evening was disappointing. We came as a family and were freezing; the food kept arriving, and we couldn't even eat the vegetables with our meal. Dining in the cold on January 3rd was beyond unpleasant. I reported it because it was freezing, and other customers complained as well. I'm afraid I'll get sick. The food was mediocre than usual. The waitresses were overwhelmed. We won't be back in winter.

I've been wanting to share my opinion on this restaurant for a long time, run by an owner who has nothing left to prove, as his reputation has been firmly established in Bures for many years. Here, the diversity of the menu never sacrifices quality: each dish is carefully prepared, accompanied by always fresh vegetables and enhanced with perfectly balanced seasonings. It has that little touch that surprises and makes all the difference. Special mention goes to the fried noodles, absolutely unrivaled: a true marvel that, in itself, is worth the detour. And to top it all off, the prices are incredibly low, almost from another century—a simply unbeatable quality-price ratio.
