A quick reminder for the owner who refused to give me a doggy bag because he didn't have any containers!
Since July 1, 2021, restaurants have been required to offer their customers containers for taking home leftovers, called "doggy bags" or "gourmet bags." The Agriculture and Food Law was adopted by Parliament on October 2, 2018, and published in the Official Journal on November 1. (September 2, 2021)
Everything was perfect. A wide selection of starters, cold cuts, salads, and more were served at the buffet. Four varied main courses were offered. Hearty and delicious. Homemade. Excellent desserts (chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, panna cotta, tarts, etc.).
