Sublime, refined, and expertly prepared cuisine of exceptional quality. We went for lunch; the set lunch menu was reasonably priced considering the quality, the service was excellent, and the setting was beautiful. Thank you very much.

Excellent cuisine. The dishes are enhanced with herbs, flowers, and aromatics, making them visually appealing and delicious. The sweetbreads are superb. The wine pairings complement the meal perfectly.

The food was magnificent. The €88, seven-course menu showcased the chef's immense talent. His flawless technique served a creative cuisine, sometimes surprisingly masterful in its flavor combinations, as seen in the zucchini salad or the sweetbreads. The sauces were also of a very high standard. The menu was well-balanced, with no repetition. The setting is truly charming, with superb decor. Perhaps it was just an off day, but the experience was severely marred by the atmosphere throughout the meal. The overwhelmed (though competent and smiling) front-of-house staff were running around frantically, clearly in a rush, which caused delays and a certain tension in the dining room. The open kitchen revealed a chef who, throughout the three hours, never came to assist his team and instead glared at the dining room (his customers). We didn't feel welcome, and at over €100 per person, that's hardly acceptable. We don't just come to eat; we come to share. The chef never came to the dining room, which is often customary in a fine-dining restaurant. Especially since, with a maximum of 30 covers, it wouldn't have taken too long. In short, a little self-reflection wouldn't hurt. As would leaving customers the daily menu in writing as a memento…

Beautiful terrace. Impeccable service. Very good food, although sometimes the portions are a little small. The kitchen staff caters to individual tastes.

Excellent experience at Pimousse; everything about the culinary experience was exquisite. I highly recommend it! The view of the Saône is lovely, and the setting is beautiful. Special mention to the team, especially the waitstaff, who were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their partner producers. Their explanations were much appreciated!

Chez Pimousse is definitely a absolute must go in Lyon. The location is super cosy and designed really nicely. We enjoyed a really attentive, friendly and open service. The menu was just perfect, also the corresponding wines we have had. We sat to the kitchen and could see what happens there, perfect! Thank you!
