Excellent service from Fabien and a very good product.

Nice dining room, efficient service. Simple but good menu. 26 euros for 3 courses. A bit pricey for lunch.

The meal was served quickly and was good.

Lovely setting, pleasant welcome, but slow service. A Saturday lunchtime, party of 6, reservation for 1 pm, and we left the restaurant at 3:45 pm after an aperitif, main course, dessert, and coffee... The meat was very good, but the desserts were inconsistent in size. The profiteroles were generous, but the tarte tatin was small. We'll have to try again to confirm our positive opinion.

Fantastic restaurant, a must-try! The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. 🤗 It's absolutely delicious and the portions are generous. The servers are incredibly friendly. It's a restaurant where you can take your time eating because the dishes are made fresh to order. I recommend making a reservation because it's a great place and fills up quickly. 😉❤️

We came for a romantic dinner. The dishes were simple but good, and the wood-fired cooking was a real plus, very much appreciated. We could tell the servers were really overwhelmed, perhaps indicating a staff shortage, but the service remained very pleasant. A major drawback, which makes me deduct one star from the overall rating and three from the service rating: the person who took our payment was extremely unpleasant. When we asked to use our two meal voucher cards, we would have appreciated not receiving such a curt response, accompanied by a raised finger as if we had done something wrong: "I only accept one meal voucher card per table, that's how it is." Firstly, this isn't right: either you accept meal voucher cards for the ENTIRE table, one per person (we could very well have been friends or colleagues, therefore from different households!), or you don't accept them at all! And above all, please don't mention it at the end of the meal in such an unprofessional manner. It's not our fault if the government takes a large commission on it, and that's your business, not your customers'! We won't be returning to Chez Pipette, despite the good food. Being reprimanded like that has definitely put us off.

The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. The dishes were superb, however, the waiter was clearly unfriendly. A shame.

I had already been to Chez Pipette a few years ago, and even though I found the food a little less impressive this time than on my first visit, the experience was still enjoyable. The service is just as good: friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere hasn't changed either and remains very pleasant. Overall, a good time, even if my first visit left a slightly stronger impression of the food.

We had a very good meal. However, the service, while pleasant, was far too fast! We were a group of 20 people with a set menu, and the courses were served one after another at breakneck speed! My neighbors' plates were already cleared while I hadn't even finished mine...we would have appreciated at least a 10-minute break between courses! 🤢
