I find it very good to no longer have to provide customers with receipts, but scandalous to continue to flood us with paper with discount coupons. It would be so much simpler to insert them on the Leclerc card.....

Very clean store, polite staff but the prices are a disaster, especially the fruit and vegetable section

I'm a big fan of Lerclerc in general, first of all not the prices but above all the organization of the departments.. but then I have a lot of trouble with this one.. Between the access not great.. the parking really not great.. positive point the people at reception are really great they are welcoming and smiling I had to point that out 😊. On the other hand, being a scan user, I don't understand the concept of having to present your loyalty card at the checkout if it is used to take the scan... not to mention the constant rereading, yet I have had my card for a while and which I use regularly.. I have never had an error or other so I am slowly starting to avoid this store because the scan is really a tool that I use a lot.. A box for the carriers of the scan would not be not too much too... On the other hand, I love the clothing department at the top! There is a choice of low prices, it’s my favorite place! In short, I come for the products, the cleanliness of the store and the prices.. but the services need to be reviewed for this scan..

Clean store. Large shopping mall. The downside is the number of toilets, too few for the number of customers.
