The food was not crazy good, but expensive. The service was good but the food was mid.

The service was rushed; the waiters didn't seem to care whether I enjoyed my meal. The zucchini-based starter was good. However, the duck was uninteresting: a tasteless sauce, an incongruous garnish topped with an onion confit that threw the whole dish off balance. The dessert was sublime. I expected much more from a restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This is a very good restaurant, it is so popular you realy need to make a booking. We opted for the daily menu at €33.00 per person and would recomend it. For that we got 3 courses plus a wee starter dish that everyone got. Honestly at that price it can't be beaten. Partner had the asparagus tips, I had the pissaladier with sardine to start. Then she had the baked fish, I had the pork cheeks on a creamy mash and for desserts, she had the chocolate tart with mango sorbet inside, I had the fruit pavlova. We may go back and have the a la cartè menu.

The food was delicious. But for this price I expected it to be not as ordinary as I can cook at home. I wanted it to have more flavor, to have a more expressive flavor bouquet and spices used. I chose the offer of 33 euros for 3 dishes
