Chez Rosa is a wonderful Italian restaurant just steps from the cathedral. The pizzas are excellent, the dough is perfect, and the ingredients are high quality; you can taste the true expertise. The cuisine is simple yet incredibly delicious. A huge thank you for the perfectly executed cocktails, even for our table of 11. Special mention goes to the Patrón Paloma, which was made to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive service from start to finish. A truly enjoyable experience; I highly recommend it.

I went to Rosa's for a special event. I received a warm welcome, the service was excellent, and the food was incredible. Their pizzas are very generous and delicious; I wasn't even hungry for dessert, even though I was dreaming of their homemade tiramisu! 😄 I highly recommend it!

I'm a regular at this restaurant and I'm always satisfied. The ingredients are fresh, the servers are pleasant, and the daily specials are always original. I should also add that the service is quick. I recommend it.
