Chez Rosa is a very small restaurant that has a lot of charm. Good atmosphere, good welcome. The waitress gave us very good advice on Spanish wine that we didn't know, she explained the tapas to us, which are really excellent. I recommend.

Amazing, we were looking for tapas, this is the perfect place. There is plenty of choice at more than reasonable prices. The service is very fast (not even 5 minutes after ordering we already had the drinks and plates on the table). The staff is very pleasant, the atmosphere is friendly. However, you must book in advance. I think it’s a shame the room isn’t bigger. It is classified in my opinion in the category of the best bar-tapas in Toulouse

Superb evening, it feels like we’re in Spain for a moment! The tapas were delicious, and the service really pleasant. Simple but comforting flavors. Remember to book as there are few places. It’s truly a place where you feel good and where you eat well!

One evening without a reservation there were only a few places left. Good tapas, fatty, but tasty and with good quantities for what we had. At 2.5 tapas was more than enough. Fast service and nice atmosphere.

Un endroit réputé à Toulouse lorsque l’on souhaite manger des tapas et c’est justifié. Les plats seront très bons et les vins abordables. À faire !
