The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was far from full. All the dishes on our table arrived cold. When we pointed this out, we were treated condescendingly and in a very unpleasant tone.

Discovered by chance in the historic center of Versailles, and I highly recommend it.
The ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and the presentation is elegant. The only downside is the wait for the dishes, as they are prepared to order.
The menu is limited (which is a good thing), but there's something for everyone (even vegans).

Hello,
The meal was very refined and delicious, but for the price, I expected more generous portions. It would be better to adjust the quantity of ingredients in the dishes (including desserts) to avoid having to compensate with bread.

Beautiful, cozy decor, excellent service, and a decent wine list. The food was very elaborate and flavorful.
A small note: at lunchtime, however, there's no set menu, and the Edenred card doesn't work on the restaurant.
