Pour notre dernière soirée avant la fin des vacances, nous avons diné Chez Sylvia qui nous a été très fortement recommandé pour manger des pâtes ! Un voyage en Italie et en Sicile à Bormes qui vaut le détour, nous avons très bien mangé en plus d’être super bien acceuilli par une équipe aux petits soins ! Nous avons meme fait la fermeture du resto ☺️

An excellent Italian restaurant in Bormes les Mimosas with a lovely terrace for eating outside. A very nice choice of various pastas, pizzas, meats and anti pasti.
I highly recommend the spaghetti a la Bottarga which is a real delight.
A professional and very friendly service.
Highly recommended!

We came every year with my grandparents to this restaurant. Never disappointed.
But this time, I came with my partner and we were very surprised by the lack of friendliness of the waitress (brunette with glasses). From start to finish, we felt unwelcome and unfriendly. A very dry “thank you”, bordering on getting out.
An end to the season which signals heavy fatigue does not legitimize the tone, nor the way in which we were received by it.

Very good restaurant, very warm welcome, the dishes are very good, quality restaurant, by reservation of course to be sure of having a table, go there you will not be disappointed.

Traditional Italian cuisine of excellent quality, a real pleasure for the taste buds.
The service, on the other hand, is execrable! The waiter (or the boss perhaps) did not raise a smile or a friendly gesture throughout the meal, not even the slightest polite expression. In short, come to eat well but don't expect to get the slightest politeness!

The schnitzel was good, but the pizza is not that at all. Cigarette paper and sometimes overcooked. In short, I went there and I don't think I'll go back. The waitress was attentive, but as she told us she only serves!!!
