We went to Sylvia's restaurant for a birthday celebration. The service was perfect, the seats were excellent, I highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We ordered carbonara pasta without pepper, and it arrived with pepper... we pointed this out, and they told us to remove the pepper, saying they didn't take back the dishes. How are you supposed to remove pepper from a carbonara sauce?

Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend the veal escalope and lemon pasta! Perhaps the portions were a little small. Dinner on the terrace, warm welcome.

On paper, it might look like an Italian restaurant, but it's far from that. The pizza and pasta are a far cry from the typical Italian pizza and pasta.

As a regular customer every summer holiday, I've noticed a decline in quality. For example, this plate of pasta with clams contained a lot of empty shells (which add bulk) and very few actual clams! The prices, however, haven't gone down; quite the opposite. The Fig Tree Terrace remains a very pleasant spot, even if there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Good Sicilian food. The waiter was friendly, but sweating profusely in the summer heat. We had to warn him that he might spill a few drops on my Parmesan...

I highly recommend this restaurant with its excellent wood-fired pizzas, à la carte selection, superb main courses, antipasti, and homemade desserts. Top-notch service!! 👍👌 Viva Sicilia

We stopped by case at Sylvia's restaurant during our trip on the French Mediterranean coast. As vegetarians, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner with eggplant caviar, pizza margherita, spaghetti aglio e olio and sicilian cannoli for dessert. All was perfect, from the food, the local wine and the friendly service. I recommended this restaurant for vegetarians who want to enjoy tasty food in Bormes les Mimosas

10/09/2026: Nice in September, not too crowded. The set menu included salmon steak, a starter of 4 calamari fritters, 2 accras (cod fritters), a tempura, and 2 mozzarella bites, for around €23. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were a good value at €16.50. The view was next to the fountains in the square, with the sea in the distance. Pleasant, reasonably priced for a lunchtime stroll.
28/08/2026: We came for a late lunch as a family of four and were welcomed. The meal was good, the portions were generous, and there wasn't too long a wait.
