I had been wanting to eat at Sylvia's for a very long time, and it was a wonderful discovery. We dined on the patio under a magnificent fig tree. From the aperitif to the digestif, everything was perfect. The dishes were a feast for the eyes and the palate. The welcome and service were very warm and attentive. We will definitely return.

Invited by my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, I finally discovered Chez Sylvia after walking past it dozens of times without ever going in... A superb discovery, for the setting, the food, and the warm welcome. Under the majestic fig tree on the terrace, the menu included: raw purple artichoke carpaccio with parmesan and tomato bruschetta, a fresh and lemony starter; Regina pizza, meltingly tender and fragrant; spiedini alla siciliana with its subtle mint flavor served with pasta; broconcini with pasta in a tangy tomato sauce; scaloppine al marsala; pasta a la pomodoro; and orange carpaccio with candied oranges. Truly a delight... Thank you to Momo, who came to greet us at our table, and to the entire team for these wonderful moments. I recommend it 100%!

Beautiful setting. Evening on the terrace. Warm atmosphere with plenty of lights cleverly placed among the trees. Very good pizza. Attentive owner. Staff not very communicative or jovial. A shame.

These are the best pizzas in the region. The wood-fired chops are absolutely delicious. The Palermo mandarin ice cream is irresistible... we've been regulars for 40 years! Never disappointed... fast, impeccable, friendly service... the negative reviews are a complete rip-off! This restaurant is a must-try in the region, and we know what we're talking about!
