At Thome's... A legend that continues! A small menu reassures us of the freshness of the ingredients! A homemade crème brûlée to die for [real vanilla]. A warm, family welcome passed down through generations. Local wine by the carafe or bottle... perfect for a country lunch...

We had a truly fantastic evening at this restaurant. Everything was just perfect. Friendly service, a great atmosphere, and excellent food. We had a disappointing evening in Aix-en-Provence yesterday, but today we found exactly what we'd been searching for – authentic French cuisine (away from the crowds) at a reasonable price. Many thanks also to Bianca from our hotel, "Les Lodges Sainte Victoire," for the recommendation! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!

We've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, and I'd never left a review before. Well, now I have. The restaurant has an exceptional location, with a shaded terrace set back from the road that runs through Le Tholonet. In winter, the rustic yet beautifully decorated interior rooms are warm and inviting. The establishment has a very large private parking lot. The welcome and service are attentive. The restaurant offers traditional and/or Provençal dishes. The €39 set menu has a decent selection, and the dishes are well-prepared and flavorful. One minor drawback, however: the octopus in the salad was undercooked and a little tough. The dishes we chose from the à la carte menu—the tripe and trotters, the lamb shoulder, and the veal chop—were delicious. The nectarine tart on the set menu was also very good. I recommend this restaurant.

After many visits to Thomé, we never tire of it… for many who would take advantage of the location, this restaurant remains a loyal customer. The welcome is warm, the food is delicious, and the bill is reasonable. The reward is the loyalty of its customers… like ours!
