If you are in Versailles you have to come to this gem. You will be missing out if you don’t. One of the best meals I’ve had in my life, and by far the best food that we’ve had in our Paris trip. The chicken and candied lemon tagine is absolutely incredible. Every bite of chicken is so flavorful and the meat falls right off the bone—same as the lamb shoulder couscous. The sauce of the lamb dish was so hearty and soulful. The seasoning and cooking was perfection—inspiring even. This restaurant opened our eyes to why Gordon Ramsey has declared Moroccan food as the best cuisine in the world. The service, 5/5. No notes, very welcoming.

We had tried it before, but the quality of the food wasn't up to par. The service, which is usually excellent, was very average this time. There was a lot of huffing and puffing, no smiles. And we felt like we were in the way rather than anything else.

A warm welcome as usual, and everything was delicious as always! It's always a pleasure to go to this restaurant where you're guaranteed a very pleasant time in a friendly atmosphere! Kudos to the servers for their kindness and smiles! And finally, kudos to the chefs who delight us with their food!!!

A very good family meal. The couscous was excellent, the meat was nicely grilled and not greasy, and the semolina was fine and pleasant. A very pleasant air-conditioned dining room. The service was a bit slow... but they were short a waiter. However, the aperitifs were served lukewarm (a shame about the Americano and the port)... And above all, the pastries were tasteless, cloying, and all identical! What a mistake to try and end on a sweet note... They weren't good... And the mint tea was barely lukewarm... tea service without ceremony, it's disappointing.

One of the best Moroccan restaurants in Versailles! A wonderful discovery just steps from the Palace of Versailles. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with background music, and the decor truly transports you to Morocco. We tried the couscous and the tagine: the meat was exceptionally tender and flavorful—a real treat! The welcome was also very warm and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. 💰 Approximately €50 for two people, including a main course and mint tea. 📍 A few minutes' walk from the Palace of Versailles. 🚗 Parking around the restaurant is paid until 7:00 PM.

30/06/2026: I stayed here for the grand masked Ball at Versailles and it was a fantastic choice. A lot of other hotels were having issues with AC not actually cooling the rooms during the record heat wave, but our room was ice cold and very comfortable. Short four minute walk to the front gates of Versailles, very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel overall. If you’re looking for good service, convenience, and great AC, I would recommend this hotel.
29/05/2026: I had a wonderful stay at Le Louis Versailles. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, which made it such a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in Versailles. The breakfast was excellent each morning and was the perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Viorica at the front desk, who was so kind and incredibly helpful at checkin. I would absolutely recommend Le Louis to anyone visiting Versailles.

Marrakech Gourmet

17/09/2026: I'm finally taking the time to add a review, even though I've been a regular customer for over 10 years and felt guilty for not having done so sooner. (I should mention that I mostly order the €8.80 boxes, but not exclusively.) This caterer (which was a restaurant until the Covid period) is remarkable in several ways. Firstly, the quality/price/service ratio is probably the best in Versailles. Secondly, I want to emphasize the professionalism of the two people (managers?): quick and efficient service, discretion, a clean and uncluttered presentation, and a particular focus on cleanliness. Finally, and unless I'm mistaken, the prices have remained the same for over 10 years. This is rare enough to be worth mentioning.
13/08/2026: Amazing Moroccan caterer!!! We love the two-meat couscous! We always order an extra meat! The chicken and lamb are incredibly tender! And the semolina is so fine!!! The staff are always very friendly too!
