LM Caffè sur Versailles

I stayed here for the grand masked Ball at Versailles and it was a fantastic choice. A lot of other hotels were having issues with AC not actually cooling the rooms during the record heat wave, but our room was ice cold and very comfortable. Short four minute walk to the front gates of Versailles, very friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel overall. If you’re looking for good service, convenience, and great AC, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in an advantageous location, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I have visited the hotel on two to three occasions annually, and each stay has been consistently positive. Upon check-in, Alix, the receptionist, has most often assisted me. She is exceptionally pleasant, kind, and professional, making me feel very welcome and special. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Alice for her exceptional service .

I had a wonderful stay at Le Louis Versailles. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, which made it such a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in Versailles. The breakfast was excellent each morning and was the perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Viorica at the front desk, who was so kind and incredibly helpful at checkin. I would absolutely recommend Le Louis to anyone visiting Versailles.

We had a delightful stay at the MGallery Hotel. The welcome was superb, and we were upgraded to a suite, which we greatly appreciated. We dined at L'Alcove, the hotel's restaurant. The food was good and the setting pleasant. The cocktails were well-made. Alexandre's hospitality was a real plus. The breakfast was very good and varied. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedding was excellent, and the king-size bed was a real treat. The hotel has underground parking, and its location right next to the castle entrance is a definite advantage. We happily recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient to travel to and from Paris! It's also very easy to get to Versailles Palace, both within a 5-minute walk. The location is superb. The hotel offers half-board and accommodation at a reasonable price; the complete set meal is also quite affordable at €59. The steak was really delicious, with a slightly spicy green sauce that perfectly complemented the beef. The fries were also tasty. The breakfast quality was excellent, far superior to other 4-star hotels in Paris. However, it would be even better if breakfast was available until 11 am on weekdays. Adding a review: I stayed for five days. The first two days were excellent, but the front desk staff were extremely inefficient. I requested a receipt at 9:00 AM, but by 10:00 AM after breakfast, I still hadn't received it. I told them I'd go back upstairs to pack my luggage, and when I returned at 12:00 PM, the receipt was still not ready. I was furious because I was so kind to the front desk staff, and they kept delaying my request, saying they were too busy. I'm on vacation too, and this was a complete waste of my time and my vacation mood! I had to wait at the front desk for 50 minutes before I received my receipt. She was just an isolated case; she said she was the front desk manager, a chubby girl! The breakfast staff, because I stayed for five nights, asked me, "Didn't you come here today?" I hadn't eaten, but they said I had. The point is, even if I had eaten, couldn't I have gone to the buffet breakfast? It's a really strange question! This is definitely not the service standard of a 4-star hotel, especially considering it's part of the ACCOR Group!

Magnificent hotel in the immediate vicinity of the castle. Upgrade to a Louis XIV suite from a junior suite as a Diamond member. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. A hotel to discover as a couple, family, or solo traveler.

Comfortable, well-decorated, and well-located hotel. The staff is very attentive. The hotel restaurant (L'Alcove) offers a lovely seasonal menu, but the ambiance is spoiled by an overpowering air freshener (of course). The breakfast, however, is worth the trip alone!

Excellent stay! A beautiful hotel ideally located just steps from the Palace of Versailles. We spent a few days there as a family last December and have wonderful memories. We had a junior suite and a double room, both very comfortable. The staff is truly outstanding, very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and high-quality products! We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. A big thank you for the excellent service from reception upon our arrival, guiding us to the parking lot. The room was spotless. The bedding was superb. We enjoyed dinner at the Alcôve restaurant. Everything was impeccable: the service and the food. The breakfast buffet was also of very high quality. We will be back!

For our paper wedding anniversary (37 years), a lovely evening before visiting the Palace of Versailles tomorrow 🤩 Ideally located neighborhood!
