I only have one word to say: these are simply the best fries I've ever eaten in my life. And believe me, I've eaten a lot of fries, but these are by far the best I've ever tasted. So if you want to eat real, old-fashioned fries from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, I highly recommend this place.

As I often say, "This is my favorite chip shop!" I'm picky when it comes to chip shops (I had food poisoning a few years ago and I never trusted them again), but you can go to this one without hesitation! It's incredibly delicious! And the prices are more than reasonable; you can even order by phone. Michel is a sweetheart, and the whole team is so friendly—true business owners! I loved their merguez sausages; it's been a long time since I've had such good ones in a chip shop.

I've been going there since I was 15, and I'm 58 now. When you go, you're guaranteed not to go hungry two hours later. The portions are very generous and the food is excellent, whether you're a parent or a son. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Delicious fries cooked in beef fat, just the way they should be. I'll gladly come back to try the rest of the menu.
