An address like no other, simply exceptional!
Delicious homemade cuisine (the sweetbreads with parsley sauce are a must-try for those who love them!). Superb menus and unbeatable value for money! It's no wonder reservations are essential!

Excellent value for money! The €16 adult menu includes soup, a starter of the day, a daily special, and a dessert; it's generous and delicious. The €10 children's menu (soup, nuggets, fries, and ice cream) is perfect, well-served, and very popular. The service is very efficient, and the dishes flow seamlessly, without any unnecessary waiting. A friendly welcome, homemade dishes, and a friendly atmosphere. A great place to recommend without hesitation!

First time with my wife. We hadn't made a reservation. The waiter found us a seat.
Excellent meal.
Friendly staff, excellent food.
March 2024, motorcycle ride with a friend.
We had to wait a bit to leave, we ate and drank too much.
Always the same: top-notch service, friendly staff, excellent food.
A must-visit every time we go to Ariège.
Plus, this restaurant reminds me of the lifestyle of my younger years.
