Chez Yvette sur Ray-Sur-Saone

Authenticity, simplicity, and friendliness. These three words perfectly sum up the wonderful time I spent at Chez Yvette. The dishes were very generous and delicious. I highly recommend it.

A charming, old-fashioned establishment with all its warmth, rustic atmosphere, and unpretentious charm! A single, high-quality dish, just like our grandmother's, that's hard to finish! One word sums up the cuisine and the owners: Generosity!

We stopped by during a bike ride; we'd already been there in the spring and promised ourselves we'd go back. We ordered the lunch menu, and of course, it was fantastic. The owners are incredibly kind people. They take great care of their customers, and the meal was excellent and delicious. I highly recommend stopping by; it's a lovely place. And don't hesitate to buy some groceries there too.

While on holiday in Ray-sur-Saône, we had lunch twice at Yvette's. A very warm welcome awaits you at this little village restaurant, which really deserves support as they are becoming so rare in France. Well done to this couple! The food is home-style, with generous portions, a daily special, and a small homemade dessert. There's a lovely terrace for sunny days. We'll be back when we're in the area.

Unfortunately, we ran out of water in the heat and had to drink lemonade.

A must place to eat. Lovely couple that make you feel welcome. Will return.
