Daniël is a very friendly guy who came from Armenië. I was in the neighborhood with my Citroën DS to look at the place of the attack at the Gaullein 1963. As we both are car lovers it clicked right away. I had a very nice meal and a very good espresso at Chicken-Up I gave him a miniature DS for his fabulous restaurant and he gave me a little Mehari back! When i am in Paris again with my family we absolutily will visit Daniël! I made a roadtrip and the stop at Daniël was one of the heights of it!

I highly recommend this small, traditional restaurant with great decor. Daniel is lovely and gives you a warm welcome. You'll eat delicious chicken accompanied by those little potatoes he has the secret to. See you soon, Daniel, and don't change a thing.
