High-quality cuisine, with harmonious blends of flavors and elegant presentation.
In summer, the terrace is very pleasant with mountain views.
One minor complaint: the service was a bit slow.
Average bill: €60-70
Christmas meal, nice dishes but nothing more, considering the price; setting unchanged for years, uninteresting, but the view of the Pyrenean foothills is beautiful; cold welcome, deserves a little more friendliness.
I was a little disappointed not to have received an amuse-bouche, especially since we had ordered a bottle of wine for the aperitif. It was all the more disappointing given that preparing the starter takes some time. We waited patiently, watching the other tables enjoy their appetizers. A shame… The seasonings of the main courses were perfect, and the desserts were delicious.
We had a wonderful time at Maison Chilo celebrating a birthday. The friendly and professional service, beautiful tableware, and high-quality local products made for a consistently excellent meal from start to finish! The dishes were delicious with truly original touches. The wine list is superb, and we enjoyed two excellent bottles (one white and one red). Bravo! We will be back.
Thanks to a wonderful gift, we were able to experience a wonderful gastronomic discovery: the "6-course Tasting Menu."
All the dishes are delicious, blending flavors and dishes with a sophisticated and bold twist. A big congratulations to the chef and his entire friendly team; you are truly worth the detour.
This restaurant will be one of our fondest gastronomic memories. We highly recommend it.
