Still as delicious as ever.
The leek and salmon quiche was a delight. The pastry was very thin and flaky, with a perfect balance of textures.
The flan was amazing!! And the crumble was just as good.
Of course, I highly recommend it!

Seriously 🫣 what is this amazing bakery 🤩😍💖 I don't remember ever seeing a bakery with such high-quality products, the size of the éclairs, the acorns, and the old-fashioned flans, not to mention the taste. I ordered cakes for our 50th wedding anniversary on July 25, 2026, as well as bread...it was all devoured! It was truly excellent! ++++ I've known this bakery since my children moved to Beaumont-sur-Oise about fifteen years ago, and then the one in L'Isle-Adam more recently. One of my guests, a former chef and pastry chef, raved about the products...a huge congratulations to you all! 👌😋

While passing through this town, I stumbled upon this bakery, which turned out to be one of the best I've ever tasted! Their salmon-filled flaky baguette is perfect for an aperitif, and don't even get me started on the pastries and viennoiseries, which all look absolutely divine! Special mention goes to the apricot and Chantilly cream tart, which is simply incredible. I'll definitely be back in the area just for this bakery!!
