Lovely shop and delicious flan!

While passing through this town, I stumbled upon this bakery, which turned out to be one of the best I've ever tasted! Their salmon-filled flaky baguette is perfect for an aperitif, and don't even get me started on the pastries and viennoiseries, which all look absolutely divine! Special mention goes to the apricot and Chantilly cream tart, which is simply incredible. I'll definitely be back in the area just for this bakery!!

Impeccable interior, beautiful presentation, and delicious pastries and viennoiseries 👌 🥐 Salmon puff pastry: incredible, 12/10 🤩 🥧 Quiche Lorraine: 7/10 A team that goes the extra mile and a top-notch welcome. Probably one of the best bakeries in Val-d'Oise. We often order traditional pastries like pain au chocolat and croissants, and they're always delicious. The plain flan, the chocolate éclair, and the raspberry cake are all fantastic, so if you're looking for good bread, reliable pastries, and a bakery that doesn't disappoint, you can go there without hesitation.

I came to visit after seeing it on M6, and I wanted to try it myself. Prices were on the higher end, the croissant was good, the wholemeal bread wasn't great, and the pastries were covered in bees. Okay, bees are supposed to be our friends, but this is ridiculous 😅
