06/08/2024: Good morning, Not knowing how to contact customer service (if there is one), I contact here. How should we go about recovering loyalty points used on a product that was ultimately not given to us? Last night we ordered at the drive-thru, taking the jar of BigMac sauce with my loyalty points. After waiting at the counter and in a hurry not to be in the way, we thought about checking if there was all the food but not this item. And no luck, he wasn't there. But the points were still deducted? Thank you for your potential response.
