A very good address in the eastern plain, housed in an old stone building, but also featuring a veranda and a large terrace shaded by trees. A very warm welcome. Suggestions and a varied menu, with an excellent wine selection.

A truly wonderful discovery! This roadside restaurant is absolutely beautiful once you take the time to step inside. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the owner and waitresses are incredibly attentive, and the portions are so generous I couldn't finish them. The food was excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity, and the service was impeccable. We will gladly stop by again on our next trip. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant, which made our last evening in Corsica truly special.

But the appetizers you mentioned, along with the drinks that are automatically brought to the table, which we didn't get despite ordering drinks for four, nor the offer of a digestif, add up to a lot of the evening without the coffee. We'd been wanting to eat out for a while, but we were waiting until the summer season was well underway so we could enjoy it more, being locals. Despite this, it's still crowded, but still just as pleasant, especially outdoors, with a beautiful atmosphere and decor. As for the service, everyone was pleasant, and that's the best. As for the food, it's always good food with good products. We had different dishes, all of them high-quality, and we finished off with desserts. From the aperitif to the digestif and coffee, everything went very well and was very good. If I have to make one small criticism, it's that with a nice bill and a full meal, which is normal, it's always appreciated, especially in our country, and it's customary to at least offer coffee. It's the small gesture that always makes people happy. And it's starting to disappear. But it's really the only thing that left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's not the price of the coffee, even though it has gone up, but it's definitely the gesture. 😉 And many island restaurants no longer offer coffee or digestifs either. We, as locals, had heard about this place without actually going. The atmosphere was good, with quite a crowd for a weekday in late October. We were outside, but non-smoking. Unfortunately, a table next to us was smoking quite a bit, which was really disturbing. We wanted to eat good food and not necessarily smoke throughout the meal. Since we were just having an aperitif, we asked the owner if it was possible to come inside, and everything went very well. The rest was nothing but a pleasure, with quality service and good food.
