We had lunch there on a Sunday and received a very warm welcome; the waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. In addition to being visually appealing, we enjoyed a delicious meal (avocado toast with bacon and salmon, chocolate French toast, orange juice, and coffee) for a total of €39.80, which is very reasonable. The setting is lovely. We will definitely be back!

I've been a Citizen customer since it opened in 2013, I think, and I never get tired of it, whether it's for a morning behind the computer, lunch on the terrace, or brunch on the weekend, I still love it just as much!

Great brunch! The food is good and reasonably priced, and the portions are quite generous. The wait is acceptable for brunch, with dishes served in less than 25 minutes.

A quick visit to Rouen. As we exited the parking lot, we saw this welcoming place. We entered, and a young woman very kindly seated us, understanding our difficulty since we weren't French. She helped us with the menu. We ordered, and our dishes arrived quickly. Delicious, as were the desserts. Excellent cooking and service. Go there!
