We were refused entry to eat in because we only had 10 minutes left, which I understood, so I politely asked her about it. Then other customers arrived after us and were allowed to eat in. I asked her why they could eat and we couldn't! She gave me some flimsy excuses. Luckily, her colleague reminded her that she couldn't refuse a customer entry to eat in!

The Quick in Rouen is fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. The staff is great and friendly, I highly recommend it to everyone. The young manager, Anthoni, is very pleasant, and the team is always smiling. Congratulations!
