I've had a great experience with Nathalie and the whole team for many years. The club is improving in every way, constantly upgrading its equipment and making it more intuitive overall. The coaches are also very helpful and give excellent advice for progressing. I highly recommend it!

The David Lloyd club in Veigy offers an exceptional sporting and family experience, supported by a warm, professional, and deeply committed team. A special mention goes to Karine from the baby club, who has an incredible gift with children: gentleness, patience, teaching skills, and extraordinary kindness make it a true pleasure to entrust the little ones to her. A word also for Angélique, the baby club manager, who is always attentive, available, and accommodating; her dedication to service makes all the difference every day. On the sports side, Cyril provides top-quality coaching, with serious, motivating, and personalized support for each individual. For the business side, Élodie and her manager, Nathalie, are exceptionally attentive: impeccable service, attentive listening, personalized advice, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. And let's not forget the rest of the team, equally dedicated to the common goal: offering a high-end, comfortable, and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. This is rare, precious, and deserves recognition. Well done everyone, and thank you so much!

It would be important for the sauna area to be better supervised to prevent harassment and intrusion, and to guarantee a safe environment for all women. The presence of a security guard, like in some places like the Geneva Country Club, could help enforce these rules. Otherwise, the complex is very pleasant, but the situation is becoming truly disturbing. Disregarding a woman's refusal or her wish not to be approached constitutes a violation of her personal space and amounts to harassment.

Between the recurring problems (heating issues in the pools and bathing areas, as well as the antiquated showers), the spa problems, the cleanliness of the changing rooms and hallways, and the Platinum membership going up to €196 starting January 1st, 2026 🤣, it's a real joke! The staff is friendly, sure, but management is clearly taking its club members for a ride. We often talk about it amongst ourselves! I've been a customer for years, and if I have to travel a few kilometers after work, I'll choose VITAM Parc! Shameful!

Top-notch club! Friendly staff, very good restaurant, gym, spa, all excellent... it's just a shame about the people in the spa who act like they're at a market and talk very loudly in a place that's supposed to be relaxing. One small negative point: the children, barely 10 years old, who run around, monopolize the machines, and often do silly things on them in the gym... otherwise, fantastic!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at the David Lloyd Club in Veigy! The welcome has been exceptional right from the first contact. A special thank you goes to Franck and Natalie, who dedicated their time, listened to my needs, and offered me a membership deal I couldn't refuse, demonstrating great professionalism and courtesy. Since I started, I haven't missed a day! The facilities are fantastic and modern, offering a truly high-quality training environment. The classes are great and challenging, the tennis courts are optimal and perfect for enthusiasts, as well as the SPA for a perfect post workout recover. The general atmosphere is extremely motivating and serene. Another huge plus is the location: its proximity to Geneva (just 15 minutes away) makes it incredibly convenient for anyone living in the region. If you are looking for a club where you feel instantly at home, with high-quality services, fantastic facilities, and great people, David Lloyd Veigy is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Fantastic club! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed—the team is friendly, professional, and always available. Special mention to Nathalie at the sales desk, who gives excellent advice without ever being pushy (and always with a smile 😉). As for the classes, Marine creates an amazing atmosphere: energy, good humor, and motivation guaranteed 💪🔥. In short, a real pleasure to train here—I recommend it 100%! 👏

The membership is very expensive and not accessible to everyone, which contradicts the principles of sportsmanship. Nice gym and friendly staff.

The club offers great class options. The only downside is that it's not large enough and is often crowded with people who haven't signed up. Despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done to improve this problem. A beautiful and large training room, although some machines have been out of order (4 out of 10 treadmills have been out of order for the past three weeks), otherwise it's great. The showers have leaky faucets, which reduces the pressure, and this has been the case for months. Otherwise, the service is excellent, with body lotion and hairdryers available. A major advantage is the free parking.

I recently joined this gym, and overall, I'm very happy with my membership. Yes, the rates are high (I pay €110/month for the cheapest package, limited to 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.), but living in France and working in Veigy, I also understand that the cost of living on the Geneva side is higher. Ultimately, if you combine several classes (yoga, Pilates, aquagym, etc.), it's worth it. ✅ The positives: • Spacious, bright gym with large bay windows and a superb setting. • Swimming pool included + plenty of weight machines → impossible to get bored. • Impeccable hygiene, changing rooms always clean. • Friendly welcome, free and convenient parking (just swipe your membership card). • Easy access by bus, great location. • The female coaches are truly excellent: special mention to Suzanne for yoga/pilates and Julie. • The family concept is great: daycare, activities with the kids, the opportunity to work out while the little ones are being cared for → a real plus for young parents and mothers on maternity leave. • The coworking space is a real asset, convenient for waiting or working after a session. ⚠️ Areas for improvement: • Many classes fill up very quickly; you have to be responsive on the app to book. Some people book and then cancel at the last minute → perhaps a system could be found to avoid this. • Some classes are not available in the 11 a.m.-4 p.m. schedule, which is a shame. • The included personalized follow-up (3 appointments) wasn't conclusive with one coach (S) in particular: they mainly tried to sell me a package for €300/month. I felt trapped, which was a shame... Fortunately, Tanguy and Marine made up for it; they're real pros I'll be turning to in the future. • The children's rates are high, even though the offer is great. (€49/month) • It's not possible to change the payment date → a minor detail, but it lacks flexibility. • Some machines break down and take a long time to repair. Given the subscription price, we'd like to see this resolved more quickly. • The full package at €196/month remains very expensive and seems to me to be reserved mainly for Swiss residents or people with substantial means. It's a shame for residents of Veigy or students, who can't take advantage of it as much. (Is it impossible to create a rate for residents who work in France?) 👉 In summary: you pay a lot, but the service is generally excellent. The gym is beautiful, clean, well-equipped, with competent coaches (especially some gems!). There are still some small things to improve, but I recommend it without hesitation.
