A small historic shop (with adjoining open laboratory) (active since 1932) almost hidden in one of the 'carruggi' in old Nice with small artisanal production of gnocchi (traditional and with spinach), niçoise ravioli and various flavors (those with lemon they are incredible) as well as two types of other various fresh pastas and the inevitable panissa. Low costs (on average 1/2€ per dozen for ravioli and gnocchi), selection of sauces and accompanying gravies and small delicacies that change from time to time including small hunters, stuffed cannelloni to be heated, olives in various compositions, slices of polenta etc. Kind and courteous, attentive to customers who are generous with advice and suggestions. And then it's not bad as soon as you enter to be told good morning accompanied by a smile....

A truly Nice place that provides access to traditional stew ravioli. Homemade and delicious tasting. Our guests were absolutely not disappointed by the taste, texture and freshness of this product which I highly recommend.

I recently discovered this artisanal boutique in old Nice and I am totally won over! Their ravioli specialties are simply delicious, with authentic flavors that delight my taste buds with every bite. The panisses are also a real treat, and let's not talk about their tapenade, a real must-have to accompany my meals. The warm welcome and attentive service complete this exceptional culinary experience. I highly recommend this address to all lovers of good cuisine!

The best fresh pasta I have ever eaten! And the ravioli are also delicious…

For me the most authentic fresh pasta maker in old Nice Delicious ravioli, gnocchi, cannelloni and above all the best fries: panisses! Everything is done on site. We feel the rigor and the need for the good work of a true craftsman.

During each of my visits to Nice, I go to the pasta shop to buy my favorite specialties. The stew, the ravioli and of course the fresh pasta are great. Only one complaint.... the packaging. The stew is put in a tray normally heat sealed... last year it was not airtight, and last week it was catastrophic..... the entire contents of the tray spilled into the bag . Result: all my purchases worth €50 ended up in the trash!! This is really unfortunate and you need to improve this.
