The Food is excellent value for money. Staying on Holiday in Serris, out for Disneyland but didn't want to dine there as the food is basic and very overpriced. L'authentic has a very welcoming atmosphere and lovely staff, I had a starter of French Onion soup, needless to say it was phenomenal. Followed by a Smoked Salmon Burger. Which was delicious despite being not what I expected. Ended by a Delicious Homemade Chocolate Mousse, I am very impressed.
Big thank you to the young women with their excellent English. As our French isn't amazing.

We are on holiday and decided to eat here, the food is good and the set menus for 19.90 euros is great value for money I had the cesar salad followed by rosemary chicken and creme brule overall really pleased with it and plenty of food, good atmosphere and good service. I would eat here again without hesitating.

We weren't able to enjoy the discovery menu because apparently many ingredients were missing and there was no way to arrange to mix the other menus. The beer was served lukewarm after a quarter of an hour; the foam had fallen, probably forgotten on the counter. The waitresses, although very friendly, were overwhelmed. Lack of ventilation for a restaurant that offers tableside cooking.
On the other hand, the food was excellent.

We had a wonderful evening, very pleasant, with waitresses who were each more pleasant than the last.
We enjoyed our dishes, which were very good.

Despite a small hiccup in the service (staff in training and we were a large table) the manager was able to demonstrate professionalism and kindness; we thank her because thanks to her we had an excellent evening and ate very well.
