The welcome and service from Surika were just perfect!

This is a restaurant chain we've visited every time we go to France for years. We especially love their steaks. However, this year the meat portions seemed smaller to us.

Wonderful meal, Sejero was an excellent waiter

Waitress showed us to a table then ignored us for 20 minutes. Put in our order for 3 two course set menus one with a starter & the others with desserts. The starter turned up after the main course, when we had finished our mains (& the starter) we had to walk over and ask the waitress for the the desserts which she had to ask us what we had ordered. We also asked for water with ice, and she brought ice but no water!

Great restaurant, very good food, quick service and the staff, especially Coralie, are super friendly, I highly recommend it, go without hesitation!

The food was ready to go as usual. But the service was a different story. We had a waiter who kept forgetting about us, who forgot the bread and chips, and then made us wait 15 minutes before ordering. When our food finally arrived, we politely asked for a mustard sauce for my grandfather with an extra garnish. But he sulked every time we asked for something perfectly normal in a restaurant. Even when we thanked him, he didn't even respond. He never came to our table, so we just stood there watching his colleagues, who themselves didn't understand why our waiter wasn't paying attention to us. + No air conditioning In short, very disappointed.

Excellent experience this lunchtime! High-quality dishes, fast service. A big thank you to Coralie for making this meal even more enjoyable than it already was!

Very disappointed with my lunch experience: the menu advertised a 300g XL chicken skewer, but on the plate, there was barely 100g of chicken. Thinking it was a mistake, I asked the staff if it was indeed the correct dish, and they confirmed that it was, that it was indeed the famous 300g… Luckily I took a photo, because at this point, they clearly have to count the grams by eye! 😅 I should mention that the waiters and waitresses were lovely and it's absolutely not their fault, but advertising 300g on the menu only to serve a portion that looks three times smaller is frankly absurd and really makes you feel ripped off. 300g advertised, about 100g served: find the missing 200g! 300g advertised, approximately 100g served In the photo, the chicken has been removed from the skewer, but has not been cut into; this gives you an idea of ​​the quantity, don't be fooled.
