I would like to express my gratitude to Tania and Ines, whose presence greatly contributed to our satisfaction. It should also be noted that the majority of the staff is female, which, in my opinion, gives a unique touch of conviviality to the establishment. Their knowledgeable recommendations guided our choices, allowing us to savor a variety of exquisite dishes and desserts. The quality of the dishes served truly delighted us, thanks also to the chef and his team. In summary, if you are looking for an address where the pleasure of good cuisine is combined with impeccable service, I highly recommend Authentic. I sincerely hope that other restaurants will follow their example. In any case, this is worth sharing as an address.
