Coffee sur Tignes

I've lived here for a year, and I've never been so cold in an apartment. There's no radiator in the winter; sometimes there is, but often there isn't. The caretaker is lovely. I don't hear any noise from the nightclub. I do hear some noise from my neighbors' conversations in their apartments or in the hallway.
