06/07/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering Le Valériane restaurant in Courbevoie on Saturday, July 4th, for a family wedding celebration that evening, and this experience will remain etched in our memories. Everything was absolutely perfect. The dishes were all succulent, refined, and prepared with true artistry. Each plate was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants. The welcome was exceptionally warm, with attentive service at every moment. The service was impeccable, exemplary in its professionalism, discreet, efficient, and always with a smile. A huge thank you and congratulations to Mr. Didier and his small team, who contributed to making this evening an unforgettable moment. Their passion and expertise deserve to be recognized. We will return with the greatest pleasure and recommend this restaurant without hesitation. A true gem that richly deserves to be known.

05/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! The quality of the food rivals that of the service, which is efficient, discreet, and exceptionally friendly. The delicious cuisine, the cozy atmosphere, and the reasonable prices won us over. We will definitely be back.
