Amazing and super good customer service

Excellent products, plenty of seating, and friendly, welcoming service – a real pleasure!

Arrived in a heatwave, hot and bothered, with very limited French language. When staff realised this, they spoke Elglish to help us. Not too busy, different age groups , very relaxed atmosphere. Air con good and welcoming. Salmon bagel and cajun chicken chiabatta both excellent. Cold drinks hand made and good too. Big au revoirs from staff on the way out

The chocolate cake was very good, the peach iced tea refreshing, but the lemon meringue square lacked a bit of crunch. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff were welcoming (though some customers weren't). I recommend this place for a relaxing time.

The service and quality were excellent, but the lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially with temperatures as high as they have been lately.

The male staff are friendly, unlike the female staff who judge customers after they've left.

a lovely team and great vibe, i go there everyday due to the kindness of the baristas, who have welcomed me since day one with smiles, great drinks and snacks!

The matcha was delicious and Elise was very pleasant, always smiling.

The service was excellent, a friendly manager who made me a hazelnut coffee 😊 even though the menu only lists macchiatos, thank you so much! The pecan cake was delicious +++, well done!
