By far the best pizzas. A dough that is both tender and crispy, a fitted topping, fairly large pizzas, a rather thin but not too thin dough. It’s simple, we don’t go anywhere else except Pizza Serge. In addition, a very pleasant person.
Really disappointed for a pizza (large with anchovies) white dough or not cooked tomato sauce can taste without a little added spice! Only the anchovies were good! Nothing to do with the ones I ate and for 11 euros finished!
