We arrived this evening, July 11, 2026, almost at midnight, and were greeted at the drive-thru by Lucas, a very efficient and professional employee. This employee deserves to be rewarded for his kindness and hospitality. Despite the heat, Lucas was very patient, without showing an ounce of fatigue. Thank you, Lucas!

McDonald's is still McDonald's! Noise, mediocre nutritional quality, service that's always too slow for a fast food restaurant, and I've always found the table service a bit silly—they're not waiters, let them do their job! People can wait, or at worst, use a pager system. But hey, we always come back to McDonald's, we're the least clever ones, aren't we? 🤣🤣

Extremely poor hygiene: the bins are overflowing and not emptied...the tables aren't very clean, and the men's tap hasn't worked for several months.
What a shame 😞

This is the third time we've come to the drive-thru and waited at least 30 minutes. I don't think that's normal at all, especially when there's no one else there. It's becoming increasingly disappointing.
