23/02/2026: I'm always delighted to come to McDonald's - Les Quatre Temps in La Défense. The quality of service is remarkable, and I especially want to commend the manager, Miss Béthaline, who always has a smile and responds to my friendly teasing with a very pleasant sense of humor. I also want to give a 5-star thumbs up to young Ismaël and Ali for their warm smiles, and a big thank you to Mélissa for her cheerful elegance. The whole team deserves 5 stars! This McDonald's deserves a score of 33 out of 33 (France's country code 😉 + 33). The atmosphere is excellent, the team is close-knit and dedicated, even during peak hours. The cleanliness is impeccable, the customer service flawless, and friendliness and politeness are always present. As a communications expert myself, working in radio, television, and business, I pay particular attention to the quality of service. Here, I am 100% satisfied.
