Package collection: No problem at all. I was expecting a bad experience judging by the numerous negative reviews, but in reality, there was nothing unusual, just a standard package collection like dozens I've done. No issues to report, efficient communication 👍

I discovered this shop while picking up a package, and it was a very pleasant experience. A warm welcome for me and the previous customer; the manager is very friendly and always smiling. She offers good products at a good price, and I recommend her. The shop isn't very big, so she can't store many packages, but it's in a good location on a large square with parking. A smile and kindness often attract more smiles and kindness 😊. Don't hesitate to go! 😉 Six months later, I just need to drop off a package, and it's impossible... twice she told me to come back or go somewhere else. Given the number of problems with packages, I think they should just stop being a drop-off point.
