04/03/2026: While passing through the area, we tried this halal restaurant. Note that there is no alcohol on the menu. The 3-course menu was €33.50. No complaints whatsoever, everything was delicious and plentiful!

24/04/2026: I was served beef, a dish usually known for its tenderness. This time it was inedible. Some pieces were impossible to cut, even with a knife. No compensation was offered. Despite being a regular at Cosy under the previous management, I don't think I'll be returning.

12/03/2026: I preferred it when Isabelle Gaviolli was there. The Asian chef presented refined cuisine with original flavors. Now it's cafeteria food. The waitresses are efficient, but it seems the kitchen isn't keeping up. They also seriously need to improve the soundproofing. I'm not sure I'll be back.

08/03/2026: Great service and a warm welcome. The server always had a smile and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere despite the rush. The food was good, the burgers were amazing, and the French toast was excellent. However, you can tell they're understaffed; an extra person would really help. I used to work in the industry, so I can understand their perspective. 😊

01/04/2026: Three months ago, I would have given it 5 stars because I always enjoyed seeing my little waitress, who always had a smile, a sharp wit, and was very attentive. Let's not kid ourselves, the food was on par with a more than average Toulouse restaurant, so we made the trip for that unique service. Today, the food has maintained its standard (not bad, but far from great), but the service is bland and perhaps even a little too clumsy to be acceptable. In short, the service used to draw me back; the food won't have the same ambition.

28/03/2026: Regarding the restaurant: The setting and decor are superb. The service was quick but lacked friendliness (exchanging pleasantries, for example) and insufficient information was provided when asked (explaining the wines being served, not just saying Gaillac or Bordeaux, and perhaps opening the wine beforehand so it has time to come to room temperature; not knowing the different cheeses served and their origins). The meal was good, but a few minor points could be improved, notably the bread (dry, not crusty), the tournedos was very tough and difficult to cut, and the presentation of the cheese could be improved (only three lettuce leaves; perhaps adding dried fruit or cherry jam or something else would be helpful).
