Home feeling restaurant , just like dining at home. The sole owner cooks every dish for each customer. She is friendly and recommends an adequate amount of food to us. A nice place to go.

Some places can't be judged by a regular rating system, and this is one of them. I stumbled upon it while wandering around the Arc de Triomphe. An 83-year-old lady greeted us with her singing (yes, she is still a singer and performing on stage on weekend). She runs the place by herself, so it might not meet standard quality, and the food might not cater perfectly to Vietnamese tastes, but it's full of life and love. I hope she's always as happy as she seems and continues doing what she loves.

Yiza is in her mid-80s and runs this place solo. Everything is homemade, and she is a delight. The pho was pho-nomenal. Protect this woman at all costs.
