Bad experience. The waiter explained that the kitchen had lost my order, and I waited almost 40 minutes for a chicken bò bún that cost €15.80. When I asked for a discount, he told me he didn't have the authority to do so and even suggested I go and deal with the kitchen myself. Frankly, it's not the customer's responsibility to resolve this kind of internal problem. When it came time to pay, I asked for a discount again at the counter, but I was simply told that "it was very busy." No discount, just verbal apologies. I can understand that mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was truly unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend it.

The roasted pork with noodles was a generous portion for one person, and it completely relieved the fatigue from a long day at the Louvre. The pho (a type of NPC dish) had a slightly sweet and savory broth that was delicious and didn't leave you thirsty. The nem (another type of NPC dish) was just average.

Excellent restaurant, the bo buns are delicious and the spring rolls are perfectly crispy, unforgettable.

Wandered here after stopping by the Louvre and Palais Royale. It was absolutely phenomenal. Worth seeking out let along stumbling upon. Everything about it was perfect and we really enjoyed having lunch here!

Nice restaurant, pleasant setting, but disappointing in terms of food, lacking flavors, seasoning and herbs, both on the bobun and on the salads.

Quick service, nice decor. The food is good.

While my wife and I are certainly not experts on the cuisine we both loved the food and the owners are wonderful. Highly highly recommend.
