31/03/2024: We loved our dinner at Juveniles! It is a very small restaurant, with fabulous food and attentive friendly service. The lamb and chicken were cooked perfectly and the spring asparagus was lovely. As a wine bar they also offer many terrific wines by the glass and have a nice, affordable wine list. On this trip, we also ate dinner at the acclaimed Bistro Paul Bert and while that was good, Juveniles was better!

22/03/2024: Best lamb I’ve ever had. The sauce and crispy skin were divine. Such a cute little spot. Would definitely return and recommend.

29/03/2024: An excellent restaurant where they are quite demanding and do not allow any changes to the menu. Book in advance and do not ask for anything that is not what they propose. The porc today was incresible

28/03/2024: Visiting Paris for a few days. Lucky enough to get a reservation at the restaurant. Incredible experience from the food to the service to the ambience. High class at every point. Incredible mix of flavors.

06/04/2024: The service is great and the food is delicious! Mushrooms, chicken casserole with mashed potatoes and pear and cherry mousse. What more do you need?

03/04/2024: A Hidden Gem in Paris . Very tasty food , excellent dishes that really hold the Corsican Cuisine Culture . The Food was actually very good , the impression has left me very very satisfied from the point of entry until the exit. The waiter welcomes you with a smile , the waitress listens and gives you her own advice… Very welcoming and super polite. (They offered to take my bag and check my coat) This is what paris needs ! 10/10 visit ! Bravo! Will be coming soon :-) . Love x

04/04/2024: Where to start... We went there twice, the first time we ordered a la carte and the second time the Omakase menu. In terms of price, the two are equivalent in quantity, and it is one of the best quality/price ratios that we know of. For the Omakase menu, it was absolutely perfect. The process, the choice of dishes served, the order and pace, everything was great. Even we who have a fine palate, we discovered flavors that were perfectly balanced, everything was cooked to perfection. The meat, fish, vegetables, everything had a lot of good flavors. Don't hesitate to step out of your comfort zone, you won't regret it! The waiter heard that it was my partner's birthday and therefore brought his dessert with a candle and a beautiful decoration, it's not much, but this gesture says a lot about the quality of the service. I could talk about this restaurant for hours and I recommend it 100%, whatever your tastes or preferences, you will find what you are looking for there. A big congratulations to the chef and the entire team who manage to make each experience unique. This is our new favorite restaurant and it will be hard to dethrone!

01/04/2024: Feels like fusion cuisine, though I’m not sure if the restaurant have such a intension or not. Unique tastes but very tasty. A bit expensive compared to volume.

31/03/2024: The dishes are excellent, very good sashimi, miso salmon - ❤️. The service is perfect, the staff is very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is a little noisy though. Value for money is excellent!

05/04/2024: Very noisy restaurant. Good ravioli, good fried noodles. Ramen with bad broth, no flavor, a tiny slice of meat for €13. The broth is everything in the ramen and if it is bad, the whole dish is bad, I had miso ramen, not twice. I will not come back.

04/04/2024: You don't have the right to sit down if the person you're eating with isn't with you, that's nonsense!!!!! Deplorable service and on top of that the service is very very long.

22/03/2024: Very happy we stopped there to eat after leaving the theater. The staff were attentive, very welcoming and the quality homemade food was excellent value for money!

17/03/2024: Visit with friends on a Sunday lunchtime. Few tables occupied. Long, long, long service! More than an hour for the sadly ordinary burger. We gave up desserts and coffee so as not to add more. Noisy and service on par with the rest.

05/04/2024: Old regulars with my friends, but recent staff changes are hurting the place. The cellar has always been very warm and welcoming, and unfortunately the new bartender is not keeping up. Old fashioned completely failed during my last visit, ice cubes had melted well before my glass arrived at my table, I obviously asked to make it again and if this time the ice cubes were there, it was just not good. Way too much bitter covering the whiskey. Today, the bartender refused to serve us, we had arrived a long time ago and decided to order at the bar in the absence of a waiter, “there’s a waiter you know?”

03/04/2024: Very good tartare, good veal tataki with pomegranate. Price in line with Paris. Simple environment. Few seats so reservations are necessary

28/03/2024: Great place. Incredible natural wine selection. 3 levels of cellar under the building dating back 17th century. Precise and tasty bistro food with a twist. I can only recommend it.

16/03/2024: Foie grad sushi was definitely the star of the show, literally a flavour explosion. The nigiri platter also offered a delightful variety. For those who crave authentic, top-quality sushi in a cozy setting, this is your spot. A bit pricey, but the experience is absolutely worth it.
